BNPL allows individuals to purchase goods without immediate payment. Instead, users can pay for the purchase of a good later or in instalments. In the case of Mastercard Installments, those installments plan would include a 0% interest and pay-in-four model. Mastercard is launching the program next year in Australia, the US, and the UK....

The story follows Allen’s businessman Scott Calvin, who accidentally kills Santa and is forced to don the suit and deliver the rest of his toys. The movie was a warm and surprisingly witty family comedy, though Allen would later reveal the original script called for Scott to shoot Santa dead, believing him to be a home invader....

MediaTek has also included four economy Cortex-A35 cores that are expected to run at 2.0GHz. The SoC will support a whopping 8GB of RAM spread between two LPDDR4 POP 1600MHz channels. The Cortex-A35 might actually make the Helio X30 more efficient than its predecessor. Marvel Television is moving into comedy and younger heroes with New Warriors and it has been confirmed which heroes will make up the team. Freeform is set to get their second Marvel related series next year (along with Cloak & Dagger), but New Warriors should be unlike anything else on Marvel TV. The series is set up to be only ten episodes long and be more of a sitcom, similar to what DC is doing right now with Powerless....

The biblical drama Mary Magdalene will finally have a wide release this April. The Weinstein Company was initially supposed to distribute the film, however the Harvey Weinstein scandal complicated the release schedule. Now IFC Films has acquired Mary Magdalene. Directed by Garth Davis, Mary Magdalene stars Joaquin Phoenix as Jesus Christ and Rooney Mara as the title character. In the canonical gospels, Mary Magdalene is referenced more than Jesus’ apostles, and the film chronicles her unique relationship with the founder of Christianity, as she allegedly witnessed his crucifixion, burial, and resurrection....

Sony has officially delayed its live-action Masters of the Universe movie reboot to 2020. The studio’s been trying to get a new big screen version of He-Man’s adventures off the ground and running since they landed the film rights in 2009, but with little to show for their efforts so far. However, that may finally be changing, now that directors Aaron and Adam Nee (Band of Robbers) are gearing up to start shooting Masters of the Universe this summer, with To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before heartthrob Noah Centineo starring as Prince Adam himself....

The upcoming Matrix 4 movie adds actor Brian J. Smith to the cast, who previously collaborated with Lana Wachowski on Netflix’s popular Sense8 series. Lana Wachowski, who co-wrote and co-directed the original Matrix trilogy with her sister Lilly, returns to helm the fourth installment alone. She co-wrote the script with Aleksandar Hemon and David Mitchell. The release date for the new film is May 21, 2021. The Matrix is generally believed to be one of the best science-fiction films ever made, though the sequels are less well-liked....

All of the main players in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Captain America, Iron Man and Thor possess super powers of some kind. Cap and Thor are both incredibly strong and can lift up big hammers. While Tony doesn’t actually possess any powers organically, the fact that he was able to design himself a super suit places him on equal footing with the others. However, the MCU also features many characters who only need to rely on their fighting abilities and intelligence when facing off against alien armies or insane robots, and so it’s high time they’re recognized for their brilliance....
